Tomorrow, May 14, marks the day for the much anticipated Common Management Admission Test (CMAT 2024), organised by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Scheduled in two shifts, this examination is important for candidates trying to secure admission to esteemed management and postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM) programmes across various universities.
Candidates must ensure they have the following items packed and ready
- CMAT admit card 2024 along with a self-declaration downloaded from the NTA website.
- A simple transparent ballpoint pen.
- Additional photograph required for pasting on the attendance sheet.
- Personal transparent water bottle to stay hydrated during the exam.
- A valid government-issued photo ID proof necessary for identity verification.
- For candidates with medical needs, sugar tablets and fruits like banana, apple, or orange are permitted.
Once inside the exam hall, candidates will face a three-hour Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of five sections: quantitative technique and data interpretation, logical reasoning, language comprehension, general awareness, and innovation and entrepreneurship. With 20 questions per section, each carrying 80 marks, the total score amounts to a significant 400 marks. It's worth noting that the question paper will be presented exclusively in English.
For logistical clarity, the exam will be conducted in two shifts. The morning session kicks off promptly at 9AM and wraps up by noon, while the afternoon session commences at 3PM and concludes at 6PM.
