The Consortium of National Law Universities has released the results of the first round of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2024) counselling on Tuesday, December 26.
Through this process candidates will be admitted to undergraduate and post graduate law courses in National Law Universities across the country. Candidates who had registered themselves for the counselling process can check their results online at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable confirmation fee of Rs 20,000 by January 2 to freeze or float their seats. Candidate will also be provided exit option.
How to check CLAT Counselling Result?
Step 1: Log on to the official website of CLAT 2024 at consortiumofnlus.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the CLAT 2024 Tab
Step 3: Click on the link mentioning '1st Povisional Allotment List'
Step 4: Now click on the University for which you want to check the list under the LLB or LLM programme.
Step 5: Check the list for your roll number.
Students who are satisfied with the university they have been allotted in the counselling and do not wish to participate in the subsequent rounds will have to Freeze their seats.
The Float option, on the other hand is for candidates who are not satisfied with the counselling and want to participate in the next rounds, whereas candidates who don't wish to participate the counselling process further can avail the Exit option.
