Summary
The inaugural ceremony of the event was addressed by Mr. Ranjan Mitter, Principal Coordinator, CISCE Sports & Games (WB & NE Region) on 4th August 2023 as the Chief Guest.
The event also witnessed the presence of Ms. Seema Sapru, Principal, The Heritage School, Kolkata who during the inaugural speech motivated each and every participant to give their best during these two days.

On 4th and 5th August 2023, a part of CISCE Regional Sports & Games 2022 was hosted by The Heritage School at The Heritage campus, Kolkata. Archery and Roller Skating was organised during these days under the aegis of CISCE Regional Sports & Games 2023.

Several CISCE schools across the State and NE Region participated namely IEM Public School, The Heritage School, DPS Megacity, Purwanchal Vidya Mandir, Don Bosco Liluah, Howrah St. Johns High School, DPS Newtown, Saltlake Point School, Modern Public School, Assembly of Godchurch, Future Foundation School, St. Stephens School, MCKV, Maria's Day School, La Martiniere School for Boys, La Martiniere School for Girls, The BSS School and many more.

The event also witnessed the presence of Ms. Seema Sapru, Principal, The Heritage School, Kolkata who during the inaugural speech motivated each and every participant to give their best during these two days.

“This event gives a wonderful opportunity to the students to display their sporting skills. At The Heritage School, sports form an integral part of the curriculum,” said Ms. Sapru.

“I believe various achievements in sports speak a lot in terms of igniting the sporting spirit among the students,” said Dr. Sunil Singh, Head of the Department, Physical Education, Heritage Group of Institutions. The event also witnessed the presence of Mr. P.K.Agarwal, CEO, Heritage Group of Institutions, Kolkata, Lt. Col. Amitava Ghosh Dastidar (Retd.), Campus Administrator and Mr. Sanjay Agarwal, Administrator, The Heritage School.

“I wish all the participants all the best for their excellent performance during these two days. I hope that someday from these students, sports personalities will evolve who will take India to greater heights of success across the world,” said Mr. Pradip Agarwal, CEO, Heritage Group of Institutions.
