CSAB Counselling 2024 - Supernumerary Round Registration Window is Now Open!

The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has officially commenced the registration and choice-filling process for the CSAB counselling 2024 supernumerary round today, August 16. This round is specifically designed for candidates hailing from the Union Territories of Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The application submission window will be functional till August 19, 2024.

• Registration: Candidates must visit the official CSAB website (csab.nic.in) to complete the registration process.
• Choice Filling: After successful registration, candidates will be required to fill in their preferred choices of colleges and programs.
• Seat Allotment: Based on the candidate's JEE Main ranks, choices filled and the available supernumerary seats, the CSAB will announce the seat allotment results.
• Acceptance and Fee Payment: Candidates allotted seats will need to accept the offer and pay the requisite fees to secure their admission.

The CSAB Supernumerary Round is a special counselling process designed to accommodate students from specific regions. The round follows the conclusion of the CSAB Special Rounds and presents another opportunity for deserving candidates to secure a coveted seat in the prestigious NIT Calicut, NIT Durgapur, and SVNIT Surat. The seats available are supernumerary, meaning they are additional to the regular seats.
