The Central Board of Secondary Education recently released the sample papers for the board exams of class 10th and 12th 2023. Candidates who will be appearing for the examinations in the upcoming academic session 2022-23 can now download these sample papers from the official website- cbse.gov.in or cbseacademic.nic.in.
The CBSE board has also issued a marking scheme for classes 10th and 12th board exams along with these sample papers.
Steps to download CBSE Board Sample papers 2023
- Go to the official website- cbse.gov.in
- On their homepage, check and click on Academic Website tab
- When redirected to a new page click on "Sample Question Papers for Classes X & XII for the current Academic Session 2022-23" link
- Accordingly choose your sample paper and then click on the links provided for Class 12th and Class 10th sample papers
- Now download and save the CBSE Sample papers 2023 for your chosen subject and save it for future references.
From these papers, candidates can have an idea about the number of sections the question paper will be having along with the type of questions, and the marking scheme. "The Board issues Sample Question Papers (SQPs) and Marking Schemes for classes X and XII to provide a broad template to serve as a guide for ensuring uniformity and proper coverage of the curricula," added a CBSE statement.
