CBSE CTET Dec 2024 Exam Date Changed; Admit Card Release Soon: Steps to Check

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced a revised date for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December 2024. Initially scheduled for December 1 and then December 15, the CTET will now take place on December 14 due to scheduling conflicts with other competitive exams in various states and union territories.

CBSE is expected to release the CTET 2024 admit cards in the coming days.

How to Download the CTET December 2024 Admit Card 2024

1. Visit the official website, ctet.nic.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the CTET December 2024 link.
3. Select the admit card link and enter the candidate’s application number and password.
4. View and download the hall ticket, and keep a hard copy for exam day.

Candidates must carry their admit card along with a valid government-issued ID, such as an Aadhar or PAN card, to the exam hall.

CTET December 2024 Exam Details

The CTET December 2024 will comprise two papers. Paper II, aimed at teaching candidates for classes 6 to 8, will be held from 9.30AM to noon. Paper I, for candidates targeting teaching roles in classes 1 to 5, will run from 2.30PM to 5PM. Candidates interested in both levels need to appear for both papers.

The CTET qualification certificate will be valid for a lifetime for all categories. The results for CTET December 2024 are expected to be declared by the end of January 2025.
