CBSE Result 2022 Revaluation: How to apply and process of reevaluation
Step 1: Go to the official CBSE rechecking website — cbseit.in/cbse/web/rchk/
Step 2: Click on ‘Apply for Verification - Class 12’ or ‘Apply for Verification - Class 10’, depending on your requirement.
Step 3: On the next step you will be asked to enter your Roll number, 5-digit School number and Centre number. Enter the details correctly and click Proceed.
Step 4: Follow the instructions given to you after this to proceed with reevaluation.
At this stage, the board does a recalculation of the total marks received by the student. Once the reevaluation is done, they will then revert to you with the result - which may or may not have changed. At this stage, if you wish, you can request for a photocopy of your answer sheet. These will be sent to you by the board digitally.
If you are not satisfied with the reevaluation and want specific questions to be checked again, you can then apply for reevaluation of specific questions. The Board will then recheck the based on the raised by the candidate and revert with the updated results.
Students should note the following:
- Candidates have been given time till 28 July 2022 to apply for revaluation.
- The charge per subject for rechecking is Rs 500
- Dates for obtaining photocopies of the answer scripts are August 8 to August 9. This is also chargeable at Rs 500 per paper.
