The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the official date sheet for the upcoming Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations 2025 on its official website. Students appearing in the exam can download the datasheet from cbse.gov.in. The theory examinations for both classes will begin on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 10:30 AM.
While the Class 10 board examinations will conclude on Tuesday, March 18, the Class 12 board examinations will conclude on Wednesday, April 2. The board will also issue a detailed set of instructions for the students to follow during the exam in due course.
According to the official notification issued by the board, sufficient gap has been given between two subjects generally offered by a student in both classes.
Nearly 44 lakh students will appear in the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations.
The date sheet will contain the detailed timetable of the exam including the duration of each paper and a set of instructions to be followed by students appearing in the exam.
The practical examinations will begin on January 1 for regular schools. On the other, practical examinations for winter-bound schools are currently underway and will conclude by December 5.
How to download the date sheet of Class 10 and Class 12 exam?
Step 1: Visit the board's official website cbse.gov.in
Step 2: Click on 'Main Website'
Step 3: Under the 'Latest' tab, click on the Date Sheet link for Class 10 and Class 12
Step 4: A PDF copy containing the detailed schedule will open in front of you
Step 5: Download the PDF and save it for future reference
