For the academic year 2023–2024, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Class 10, and 12 syllabus. The board has also released CBSE sample papers from 2023 and a marking system in addition to the CBSE 2023–24 syllabus. On the official website, cbseacademic.nic.in, students can view the 2023–24 CBSE new syllabus, subject-specific sample papers, and marking system.
The board announced that it adopted the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage (NCFFS) 2022 and instructed the schools providing foundational or preparatory education to follow the recommendations regarding curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and other areas that were specifically covered in the NCF as well as the board guidelines that were periodically released.
The details for each subject for Classes 10, 12, and the marking system, according to CBSE, are accessible on the official website and take into account the changes in the new curriculum. The weighting assigned to each topic in a particular subject is included in the sample papers.
