The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) cancelled the Bihar NEET UG round 1 seat allotment result and announced the revised schedule for MBBS, BDS admissions under 85% state quota. Candidates interested can check the revised date by visiting the official website- bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
As per the revised schedule, Bihar NEET UG counselling seat allotment for round 1 will be declared on 27 September. The decision was taken in light of the recent Supreme Court judgment on Vichar Manch, Patna petition to remove the ‘Tanti-Tantwa’ caste from Scheduled Caste (SC) list and be merged with the caste 'Pan/Sawasi’ in Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) category.
Candidates who have been allotted seats through revised round-1 seat allotment result but failed to report at the allotted college or get their documents verified will be automatically considered for free exit and the previously filled choices will be considered null and void.
