After August 15, the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will provide the information regarding seat allocation for postgraduate admission 2023. According to the institution, PG admissions would only be handled at the relevant departments.
The BHU PG seat allocation results will be posted on the official website, bhuonline.in. The BHU seat allocation list will be released after August 11, according to previous statements made by the university.
Candidates will be accepted by the university based on their performance on the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2023. Before registering for the PG programme, applicants for BHU's graduate studies were asked to confirm their eligibility for the programme they wished to enrol in.
BHU has asked the registered applicants to prioritise the regular seat choice above the paid seat option for their preferred programme after the seat assignment list is made public.
The candidate will be given the paid seat if they opt for it even though they have a chance to win a regular seat based on merit. The 'Preference Order' and merit of each candidate shall be rigorously followed throughout allocation.
