The Bar Council of India (BCI) has launched the objection window for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XVIII (18) answer key on December 13, 2023. Released on December 12, the provisional answer key for AIBE 18 can now be contested on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com.
Candidates have until December 20 to raise objections against the AIBE 18 answer key 2023. Access to the objection window requires candidates to log in using their email ID and date of birth.
Steps to Challenge AIBE Answer Key 2023
- Visit the official AIBE 18 website: allindiabarexamination.com.
- Click on the 'Click Here to Raise Your Objections' tab.
- Log in with your Examination Roll Number and Date of Birth.
- Choose your set code: A, B, C, or D.
- Select the question number for objection; the answer will display.
- Provide clear clarification or justification for your objection.
- Attach supporting documents.
- Pay any required fees.
- Click 'submit' and capture a screenshot.
- Print the confirmation page for your records.
In a notable change, BCI has increased the qualifying marks for AIBE 18. While the passing marks for general and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates used to be 40%, it has now been increased to 45%. For Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, the qualifying marks have been increased from 35% to 40%.
