Bank of Baroda is inviting applications for Senior Manager positions. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online via the official website of Bank of Baroda at bankofbaroda.in. This recruitment initiative aims to fill 250 positions within the organization. The registration process commenced on December 6, and will conclude on December 26, 2023.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for the posts should possess a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks in all semesters/years OR a postgraduate/MBA (Marketing & Finance) or an equivalent professional qualification. The age limit for applicants is between 28 to 37 years.
Selection Process:
The selection process may include an online test, psychometric test, or any other test deemed suitable for further selection, followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview for candidates qualifying in the online test. The online test consists of 150 questions, with a maximum of 225 marks. The exam duration is 150 minutes.
Application Fees:
The application fee is ₹600 for General, EWS, and OBC category candidates and ₹100 for SC, ST, PWD, and Women candidates. The application fee/intimation charges are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the online test is conducted or not and even if the candidate is shortlisted or not for the interview.
