The Assam State Level Eligibility Test Commission has initiated the registration process for the Assam State Eligibility Test (SET) 2024. As per the official notification, candidates have until January 8 to apply for Assam SET 2024, with the application fee payment deadline set for January 12, 2024. Interested individuals can complete the application form on sletneonline.co.in.
It must further be noted that there is no age limit for exam applicants. Eligibility criteria states that candidates with a minimum of 55% (without rounding off) in a master's degree or equivalent from a UGC-recognized university are eligible for Assam SET 2024.
The application fee varies across categories: Rs 1,200 for general candidates, Rs 1,050 for OBC and General (EWS) candidates, Rs 1,000 for SC/ST candidates, and Rs 800 for PWD candidates.
Scheduled for March 17, Assam SLET 2024 will take place in the university centers of northeastern states. The examination is divided into two sessions: the first from 10 am to 11 am and the second from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Assam SET consists of two papers with objective questions.
