Summary
Candidates have to submit photocopies of relevant documents such as a Category Certificate, NEET 2023 Scorecard, NEET 2023 Admit Card, address proof and a valid photo identity proof along with the application form.

The application window for the Assam NEET counselling 2023 for the Special Quota candidates is now open. The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam started the admission process on 6 July 2023.
Candidates who are yet to submit their applications can do so until 14 July 2023. The Special Quota include Freedom Fighters/Martyr of Assam Movement/Extremist Violence/Ex-Serviceman & Serving Defence Personnel/Sports.
The application form will have to be submitted physically at the DME Assam office, during office hours. The form is available on the official website of DME Assam, which is dme.assam.gov.in. Candidates belonging to the Special Quota will have to fill up the form and attach all the relevant documents.
Applications sent by post or email will not be accepted. Candidates are also advised to collect the receipt of acknowledgement at the time of submission of their forms.
