BEL Recruitment 2024 - Registration Underway for Project Engineer Posts!

The Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) commenced the registration process for filling up twenty vacancies for Project Engineer-I posts. Interested candidates can submit their application through the official website - bel-india.in. The registration window will be live till June 28, 2024.

Applications for the Project Engineer – I (CRL GAD) position must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Candidates must ensure that the envelope clearly states "Application for the post of Project Engineer – I (CRL GAD)" on the front. Inside the sealed envelope, they need to include their completed application form along with self-attested copies of all required documents. Finally, send the application through registered post, speed post, or courier service, addressed to DGM (HR&A), Central Research Laboratory, Bharat Electronics Limited, P.O. Bharat Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad-201010.

Applicants must ensure that all necessary documents are attached to their application. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without explanation, and no further communication will be entertained in such cases.

The selection process will consist of two stages:

• Written Test: This will be the primary assessment, carrying 85% of the total weightage.
• Interview (Shortlisted Candidates Only): Those who perform well in the written test will be shortlisted for an interview. The shortlist will be determined based on merit, category, and discipline, with a ratio of 1:5. The interview will contribute the remaining 15% to the final selection score.
