The Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) for the state has been delayed by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The new date for the AP ECET 2023 is June 20. The AP ECET was slated to take place on May 5.
The AP ECET-2023 Examination is postponed from 05.05.2023 (Friday) to 20.06.2023 (Tuesday), according to a notification on the official website.
Admission to first-year undergraduate BTech and BPharm degrees is based on AP ECET scores. The 2023 AP ECET will be conducted online using computer-based testing (CBT). AP ECET is administered by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE.
25 per cent of the total marks, or 50 out of a possible 200, in the four subjects (three for BSc mathematics), must be obtained to qualify for a rank in the AP ECET 2023.
