It is a 16-week fellowship programme that includes expert guidance

Antler India Fellowship offers students aged 18 years and more an opportunity to get hands-on experience in managing a business. The fellowship provides 10 students with $20,000 and a chance to be part of a 16-week programme aimed at guiding them on the path to entrepreneurship.

Industry experts will help the students translate their ideas into reality by training them to build a business, manage resources, develop marketing strategies and other important aspects of setting up one’s own business.

The fellowship provides a ‘no questions asked’ grant of $20,000 that students can use at their own discretion. They may use the amount to pay themselves a salary, hire a team, scale up business and any other way that help their business to grow.

Students with unique and promising business ideas can apply for this fellowship. They can join this fellowship either in groups or individually. In case of a group, the grant is given to the group to work together. The grant comes with no conditions or underlying regulations.

Once a group or individual with a unique business idea joins the fellowship, they are further helped by Antler India Fellowship to turn their business idea into reality. All these are a part of the 16-week programme starting in January 2022.

Students can apply for the fellowship through the official website of Antler India Fellowship by December 12.

At the end of the 16-week fellowship programme, 10 business ideas by the students are presented to the Investment Committee in May-June 2022. The committee will fund one promising business with an amount of $1,75,000 to $2,50,000 at 10% equity.

The students will be guided by expert mentors like Ankit Gupta, co-founder of Quizizz; Deepak Abbott, co-founder of indiagold; Mekin Maheshwari, founder of Udhyam; Suchita Salwan, founder and CEO of LBB; Varun Khona, co-founder and CEO of Headout and many other industry leaders.
