Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in association with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) offers a unique programme to school students to learn, practice and enhance their cyber security skills. No prior knowledge of computers, programming is necessary to participate in this programme called Amrita InCTF junior. Students from Classes VII to XII can participate in the contest. Finals will be conducted from December 28 to 30, 2021.
Democratising cyber-security education by making it accessible to everyone at a very young age and anchoring them on the track for excellent careers is what Amrita's India Capture The Flag (InCTF) Junior programme is all about.
Today, InCTF Junior is a Cyber-Security talent incubator that exposes participants to the cyber-security world, helping them to learn and grow their skills hands-on.
The programme presents them exciting opportunities of getting mentored, peer-networking, and perhaps a platform to showcase their talent and get recognised and rewarded. Online guidance and sessions will be conducted to help students to learn.
The programme's design is in line with National Educational Policy 2020, and participants will be able to obtain a certificate at the conclusion of the course.
