The Bar Council of India (BCI) declared the All India Bar Examination - XVIII (AIBE 18) exam dates and schedule. The AIBE 18 registration 2023 has also begun at the official website- allindiabarexamination.com. The exam is held for awarding the Certificate of Practice (COP) for practising law in an Indian court.
As per the official schedule, the AIBE 18 exam 2023 will be held on 29 October at various exam centres across the country. The online registration for the Bar examination will conclude on 30 September.

The council has also increased the pass percentage from 40% to 45% for the general category candidates and Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) and PwD candidates will have to score 40% to clear the exam. Earlier, the qualifying percentage for reserved categories was 35%.
