Admit Card Out for SO & ASO Posts under CSIR 2024 Recruitment; Key Details Inside

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has announced the release of admit cards for the upcoming recruitment exam for the positions of Section Officer and Assistant Section Officer. With 444 vacancies to be filled through this recruitment drive, eager candidates are encouraged to prepare diligently for the forthcoming examination.

Scheduled to take place from February 5 to 20, 2024, the CSIR CASE exam will be conducted across various centres nationwide. As part of the preparation process, candidates will receive a mock test link via their registered email IDs. This initiative aims to familiarise candidates with the exam format and enhance their performance on the day of the actual test.

Exam Structure

The examination will be split into two shifts on the same day. The first paper will focus on English proficiency and general awareness, with a maximum score of 150. Candidates will have 120 minutes to complete this section. The second paper will cover topics such as reasoning, arithmetical ability, general science, economic and social development, and environment and climate change.

Eligibility Requirements

Prospective candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree to qualify for the examination. Additionally, applicants should fall within the age bracket of 18 to 33 years.
