Overcoming every obstacle, these women have been successful in building a brand for themselves. These born leaders are no less than role models for young boys and girls who aspire to start a business of their call.

1. Ghazal Alagh
Ghazal Alagh has been in the limelight for all the best reasons. The Co-founder of Mamaearth is also an avid angel investor. Ghazal has had quite a journey since she first started Mamaearth- which initially only dealt with baby products. The idea behind the company is extremely close to her heart. Ghazal started Mamaearth for her son who suffered from a skin condition and all the then-available baby products were a massive fail. She tapped into one of the needs of the parents and turned it into a business for them and her little one. It makes up for a tale to tell. The journey only went forward and upwards as the company evolved from baby care to skincare and beauty.
2. Shauravi Malik
Shauravi Malik is the Co-Founder of Slurrp Farm, a D2C packaged food and nutrition brand on a quest to transform global eating habits. A food lover at heart, Shauravi is known for her attention to detail, eye for creativity and passion for introducing wholesome meals for children that do not compromise on taste. By democratising access to Indian superfoods in a contemporary, practical style, Shauravi and her co-founder Meghana hope to be an ally for mothers everywhere with Slurrp Farm. Shauravi Malik was born and brought up in India’s capital, New Delhi. She studied at the city’s Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, followed by the University of Delhi where she got her undergraduate degree in Economics and followed a no-junk policy since her school days.
3. Meghana Narayan
Meghana Narayan is the Co-Founder of Slurrp Farm who has made it her mission to don multiple hats to scale the brand. She has always been passionate about children’s nutrition and health and is on a mission to have a positive impact on India's childhood nutrition statistics. Before starting Slurrp Farm, Meghana led the Public Health practice at McKinsey & Company. She has also been a national-level swimmer who represented India in the Asian Games and won over 400 national gold medals.
4. Priyanka Gill
The founder and CEO OF POPxo and Co-Founder of MyGlamm, Priyanka Gill has been on a mission to create quality content and products for women of all ages. POPxo has successfully been able to create a safe and empowering environment for its viewers. Priyanka’s life came full circle after the successful merger with MyGlamm. Other than running these businesses, she is a big-time enthusiast of Modern Art and is an angel investor for many tech startups and food companies.
5. Vineeta Singh
Vineeta Singh is the Co-founder and the mind behind SUGAR, one of the fastest-growing giants in the beauty industry in India. An IIT Madras, IIM Ahmedabad Alumnus has been hustling since the age of 23. Her passion for entrepreneurship was such that she declined a placement offer of INR 1 Cr per annum from a global investment bank. She founded the cosmetics company along with her husband which became a massive success story in no time and there was no looking back!
