SCC GD Constable Recruitment: Important Notification Issued By SSC - Check All Details

The Staff Selection Commission has recently issued a notification to recruit candidates for the positions of General Duty (Constables) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) including the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), IndoTibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR).

The application process for the same has already begun of November 24 and will continue till December 31. Moreover, in case of any mistakes, candidates will be able to make necessary corrections through the correction window from January 4 to January 6.

According to the latest notification, the Staff Selection Commission has advised candidates willing to apply for the GD Constable position to submit their online application much before the closing date on December 31.

The commission has made this announcement so that the candidates are able to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability or failure to login to the website on account of heavy traffic on the servres during the closing days.

In its announcement, the commission has also cautioned the candidates that there will be no extension of the last date of submission of application under any circumstances.

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the registration option

Step 3: Register yourself by providing all necessary information.

Step 4: Login by entering necessary credentials

Step 5: Fill in the application form and upload the required documents

Step 6: Pay the application fees

Step 7: Download and take a print out of the application form for further use.
