Digital skills are pioneering dynamic changes in today’s job market, prompting a rise in the popular demand for emerging disciplines like Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Young people are now increasingly opting for online platforms like Coursera to get familiar with these topics to join the tech revolution.

However, the rate of participation is not enough to meet the growing requirements — there remains a massive skills gap across industries.
