The vacancies are distributed with 1,455 positions for assistant teachers and 297 for postgraduate teachers under the DSSSB Teacher Recruitment 2023.
Applicants for DSSB Teacher Recruitment 2023 are required to pay a ₹100 application fee, with exemptions for women, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Persons with Disabilities, and Ex-Servicemen.
Payment of application fees is limited to SBI e-pay for online applications. Any other payment methods will result in rejection, and fees paid through non-designated means will be forfeited.
Eligibility Criteria for DSSSB Teachers Recruitment 2023
Assistant Teacher Post:
1. Minimum Class 12 qualification with at least 45% marks from a recognised Board or university.
2. Two years' duration Nursery Teacher Education program diploma or BEd (Nursery) from a recognized Institute.
3. Hindi proficiency at the secondary level.
4. Maximum age limit 30 years.
Post Graduate Teacher Post:
1. Master's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised University.
2. Maximum age limit 36 years.
Exam Pattern for DSSSB Teachers Recruitment 2023
Assistant Teacher Post:
1. Exam divided into 2 sections with a total of 200 marks.
Sections include Mental Ability and Reasoning, General Awareness, English Language and Comprehension, Hindi Language and Comprehension, Numerical Aptitude, and Data Interpretation.
2. Exam duration: 3 hours.
Post Graduate Teacher Post:
1. Exam divided into 2 sections.
First section includes General Awareness, General Intelligence, Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical and Numerical Ability, Hindi Language and Comprehension, and Test of English Language and Comprehension.
2. Exam duration: 2 hours.
