Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi - ‘Dare to Dream’ Scholarship - This scholarship is designed to empower hotel operations employees from hotels outside The Oberoi Group in India. It embodies Rai Bahadur’s belief in the power of ambition and hard work, encouraging recipients to dream big and achieve excellence in their careers.

Mr Prithvi Raj Singh Oberoi - ‘Be the Best’ Scholarship - Named in honor of the visionary leader who elevated Indian hospitality to international standards, this scholarship is available to hotel operations employees from The Oberoi Group in India and overseas. It aims to inspire recipients to uphold the highest standards of luxury and service, reflecting Mr Prithvi Raj Singh Oberoi’s legacy of unparalleled excellence.
Both scholarships offer the recipients an opportunity to pursue a prestigious Master of Business Administration in Hospitality at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland. The two-year program combines virtual learning with an immersive three-week on-site experience at the EHL campus. Additionally, recipients will embark on a Best Practice Tour, staying at some of the world’s finest hotels, and gaining insights into global best practices in hospitality.
