In a dazzling display of talent and achievement, St. Augustine's Day School Barrackpore organised "The Unstoppables," a felicitation program that aimed to recognize and celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments of its students in sports and literary activities. The event, held on November 25, 2023, brought together students, parents, and faculty members in a joyous occasion.

The event commenced with a warm welcome by the Emcee, who set the tone for an evening dedicated to honouring the exceptional achievements of the school's young stars. Following a brief prayer session, Principal Ms. Shweta Ray took the stage to address the audience and shed light on the significance of the event.

The felicitation program featured three distinct categories: Emerging Achievers, Promising Achievers, and Stellar Achievers. Students who had excelled at the state and national levels were called to the stage, accompanied by their proud parents. The felicitation process was conducted by the Headmistresses of the Pre-primary and Primary sections, as well as the Headmistresses of the Middle and Senior sections, along with the Principal.

The parents and students were visibly thrilled as each achiever received recognition for their outstanding contributions to various fields. Parent of Parijat Ganguly, a student Class 12, expressed gratitude towards the school management, emphasizing the importance of prioritising sports alongside academic studies. "Sports should be prioritised more. Along with academic studies, students should focus on sports as well," the parent remarked.

Another parent of Sreshtha Charaborty from Class 9, shared sentiments of pride and appreciation, stating, "I feel very proud that my daughter has been studying in this school from LKG. The school has supported my child in every aspect of her academics and co-curricular activities." The parent encouraged more students to draw inspiration from these achievements, expressing hopes for an increased number of achievers in the coming sessions.

The felicitation ceremony reached its pinnacle with a generous vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Atri Mitra, Headmistress of the Middle and Senior sections. She expressed immense pride in the students' achievements, highlighting their excellence not only in academics but also in other fields. Ms. Mitra extended her gratitude to the parents for their unwavering support throughout the students' journey.
