The event was a celebration of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and the indomitable spirit of competition, with participants vying for victory to bring glory to their respective houses and secure the coveted Champions Trophy.
The prestigious event was graced by Mr. Dibyendu Barua, a Chess Grandmaster, who served as the esteemed Chief Guest. His presence added an aura of inspiration as he encouraged students to embody the principles of sportsmanship in all facets of life.

The March Past, featuring classes 4 & 5 and 7 to 12 from the four houses - Azad, Gandhi, Tagore, and Netaji - added a majestic touch to the event. Class 6 students showcased a Walk Past display.
Principal Ma'am, in a moment of pride, hoisted the school flag, and the school anthem resonated across the grounds with students joining in unison and officially declared the Sports Meet open, releasing balloons and pigeons into the sky.. The lighting of the torch and the oath-taking ceremony, led by the school captain, symbolised the commitment to fair play and integrity in sports.

The day unfolded with a series of thrilling events, including novelty races, obstacle races, and track races that showcased the agility and speed of the participating students. The interschool Goodwill relay was a spectacle to behold, fostering a sense of friendly competition and mutual respect among schools. Aerobic Dance, Drill, Yoga, Karate, and Savate Display presented by the students exemplified discipline and coordination, captivating the audience.
The evening school girls also participated in various events, demonstrating their enthusiasm and dedication. Notably, ex-students joined the festivities, reliving the sportsmanship of their Alma Mater and adding a nostalgic touch to the event.
After a day filled with exhilarating performances and displays of skill, the Tagore House emerged triumphant, claiming the title of Champions for the year. Congratulations poured in for the victorious house, capping off a day that celebrated the spirit of sportsmanship and unity.
