Sister Nivedita University, in collaboration with the Indian Chemical Council, is set to commemorate the 22nd Acharya Prafulla Chandra Ray's Birth Anniversary alongside the inaugural Chemistry Olympiad. The prestigious event will take place from July 31st to August 2nd, welcoming students from Class XI and XII, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate students across West Bengal.
The Chemistry Olympiad 2024 coincides with the 22nd APC Ray Memorial Lecture, organised by the Indian Chemical Council, followed by a prize and certificate distribution ceremony. Distinguished guests will include Swami Sarvottamananda, Vice Chancellor of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute, Shri Deepak Mishra, Joint Secretary (PC) of the Ministry of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Prof GD Yadav, Emeritus Professor and Former Vice Chancellor of ICT Mumbai, and Dr Dulal Chandra Mukherjee, Former Professor of Chemistry at the University of Calcutta.
