The RICE Talent Scholarship Test (RTST) is the largest online merit-based scholarship test conducted by RICE Education in association with the Samit Ray Foundation which provides an excellent opportunity for aspirants preparing to crack government jobs.

The Scholarship was launched to recognise talents based on their merit and aid them in enrolling preparatory courses for various government competitive exams. Students can pursue a course of their choice with this scholarship at RICE Education.

The Scholarship is a great support for financially weak but meritorious students who sometimes find it hard to come up with external support in their preparation towards government jobs. Such obstacles usually prevent them from realising their dreams. However, such scholarships aim to bring them out of their current financial, and sometimes social, clutches so that they can build a better life. SRF and RICE Education are sure to make lasting impacts on their lives through this scholarship scheme.
