Photage’24, an exciting inter-college photography festival, is set to take place on December 12 and 13 at The Heritage College Campus organized by Photon, the college’s dedicated photography club. This event promises to be a vibrant platform for showcasing the creativity and talent of young photographers.

With events ranging from mobile photography to short films, Photage’24 will bring together photography enthusiasts from various colleges to compete, learn, and network. This amazing fest, where photographers and their skills will be celebrated, will be inaugurated by the renowned artist Samir Aich along with Boidurjyo Chowdhury, lead guitarist of the band Cactus.

One of the highlights of the fest is a photography workshop by Canon India, where budding photographers can participate in both theoretical and practical sessions.

This workshop is designed to enhance their skills and help them capture the world in a more refined and professional way. Anindo Basu, Rajib Chandra and Milan Dutta from the Canon team will participate at the event to help the young photographers learn.

Photage’24 promises to offer a space for everyone to explore their potential and share their unique perspectives! 26 esteemed colleges will compete in several amazing competitions, namely:

MONTAGE MAGIC - SHORT FILM

POCKET FRAMES - MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY

VERBAL NINJA - DEBATE co-judged by Mr. Shourya Chowdhury, AIR Kolkata , Dr Dyuti Chatterjee, Assistant Professor St Xavier’s University, Kolkata and Professor Rinita Das, St Xavier’s College, Kolkata
