Legal Studies students from The Future Foundation School, Kolkata visited Calcutta High Court for an academic learning experience

On August 18, 2023, a group of enthusiastic Legal Studies students along with their teacher Ms. Manisha Ajmera visited the Calcutta High Court as part of their academic learning experience. The visit aimed to provide students with firsthand exposure to the judicial system and its proceedings.

Students had the opportunity to observe ongoing court proceedings, witnessing various stages of legal cases and hearings. The visit provided students with a unique learning environment, allowing them to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. Observing the proceedings offered students an understanding of legal procedures, arguments, and the role of different stakeholders.

Students had the chance to ask questions and clarify doubts, enhancing their understanding of legal concepts and proceedings at the Calcutta High Court Mediation Centre. Witnessing legal professionals in action inspired students and provided a glimpse into potential career paths in the field of law.

The visit to the Calcutta High Court and the Mediation Centre was an enriching experience for the Legal Studies students. It deepened their understanding of the legal system, courtroom dynamics, and the practical aspects of law. The visit successfully bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world legal practices.
