Two teams from Lakshmipat Singhania Academy made it to the final round of Young Innovator's Program (YIP), recently organised by IIT Kharagpur, celebrating the spirit of innovation and scientific inquiry.
Team Jeevanam, consisting of Vishwesh Kumar (XI) and Gaurav Poddar (XII) in the senior category, and Team - The Three Blues, represented by Agasthya Agarwal, Aryan Fogla, and Ved Tambi from VIII in the junior category, showcased exceptional talent and innovation throughout the competition.

Team - The Three Blues clinched the title of the Best Project, earning them a coveted cash prize of Rs 50,000 along with a prestigious memento.
Spanning over a period of three days, the young participants demonstrated their project innovations and in the final round the selected projects were presented before esteemed guests including the Director of IIT Kharagpur, Prof. Virendra Kumar Tewari, Director CBPO, ISRO, Sudheer Kumar N, Deputy Director of IIT Kharagpur, Amit Patra, and Associate Dean, IIT Kharagpur, Prof. Debasish Chakraborty.

The budding innovators were congratulated by LSA's director Meena Kak who said that the success of the students at the YIP underscores the commitment of the Academy in nurturing scientific curiosity and fostering innovation among young minds.
