La Martiniere for Girls Kolkata is set to host the IPN Regional Conference Eastern India Dialogue on 22 June 2024, in association with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and Civom. This significant event, organised by the Indian Principals' Network (IPN), will bring together school leaders from across the Eastern India region to discuss key educational topics.
This Dialogue marks the 1st city in India to host this nationwide series, initiated by the IPN Foundation. The event aims to foster discussions on various topics crucial to the educational landscape.
Event Highlights:
• Keynote Address by Mr. Vivek Atre: Renowned TEDx speaker and motivational speaker, Mr. Vivek Atre, will deliver a keynote address to inspire and inform school leaders.
• Special Address on "AI vs. HI” - The Golden Handshake" by Mr. Sudhir K. : Mr. Sudhir K., an expert in artificial intelligence (AI) and human intelligence (HI), will deliver a special address exploring the synergies between AI and HI in education.
• Panel Discussions:
1. Digital Transformation of Indian Schools: School leaders will discuss strategies and challenges in implementing digital transformation in Indian schools.
2. The Million Dollar Question: Keeping a Fine Balance between AI and HI: Panelists will explore the delicate balance between artificial intelligence and human intelligence in the education sector.
Networking Opportunities: Participants will have the chance to connect with peers and discuss current challenges and opportunities in the education sector.
