La Martiniere for Girls, Kolkata will host the CISCE West Bengal and North East Regional Football Tournament for Girls, 2023 on the 11th of July for the Under 17 category, 12th of July for the Under 19 category and 13th of July for the Under 14 category. This is a groundbreaking event as for the first time an all-girls football tournament is being organised by CISCE.
La Martiniere for Girls, has had an all-girls football team for years now, breaking the glass ceiling and gender stereotypes in the sports arena. The endeavours of schools training their girls in the game of football is being encouraged. The teams will be welcomed along with their teachers, coaches and managers.
