The La Martiniere for Girls Kolkata hosted the IPN Regional Conference Eastern India Dialogue on 22 June 2024, in association with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and Civom. Marking this significant event, organised by the Indian Principals' Network (IPN), Mrs. Rupkatha Sarkar, Principal of La Martiniere for Girls, Kolkata, delivered an inspiring welcome address, highlighting the importance of educational leadership. Following this, Mr. Gaurava Yadav, IPN founder and renowned education leader, shared his achievements and insights on the evolving educational landscape.

Soon after the welcome speech, a symbolic lamp-lighting ceremony took place, signifying the dispelling of darkness and the igniting of knowledge. Distinguished dignitaries, including Mrs. Sarkar, Mr. Vivek Atray, Mr. Sudhir K, Mr. Yogendra Patidar, and Mr. Yadav, participated.

The keynote address by Mr. Vivek Atray, an ex-IAS officer and motivational speaker, captivated the audience with his talk on finding success within. Mr. Sudhir K spoke on "AI Versus HI: The Golden Handshake," offering valuable insights into balancing artificial and human intelligence.

The first panel, "Leading Change: Digital Transformation of Indian Schools," featured esteemed panellists sharing experiences on digital transformation in education. Following this, Mr. Yogendra Patidar presented his vision for responsive learning environments inspired by global standards.
