We often come across the issue regarding the level of professional educational courses not meeting the industry expectation. To bridge this gap and equip the students of Human Resource Management with knowledge of industry practices and exposure to new-age technologies, Alumni Committee of MBA-HRM, IISWBM is organising the ANNUAL HR CONCLAVE 2024: InnoHRate. The theme for this year’s event is INNOVATE TO ELEVATE: CRAFTING TOMORROW’S ORGANISATIONS. There are two sub themes, as following:
Panel 1 Discussion: AI in HRM
It is essential for HR leaders to invest in training employees on AI technologies, establish clear guidelines for ethical AI use, and continuously evaluate the impact of AI implementations on both employees and the organisation as a whole. Our esteemed forum of speakers is here to show us exactly how to embrace innovation and leverage AI technologies effectively, for organisations to elevate their HR functions to new heights.
Panel 2 Discussion: Building a Resilient Organisational Culture
By fostering a culture that values and celebrates differences, organisations can benefit from a more diverse pool of ideas and perspectives. Leading HR Professionals from the field are going to share their experiences on issues ranging from Unconscious Bias Training, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to Inclusive Recruitment Practices.
