The event was graced by the presence of Dr Biswajit Saha, Director, Training and Skill Education, CBSE New Delhi, and Swami Dr Kamalasthanda, Maharaj, Principal, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College, Rahara, Kolkata. The day commenced with a cultural programme featuring students from the secondary wing of BGKV, who performed the Guruvandana and a Rabindrasangeet, followed by a devotional dance by the primary wing. This was followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting and a warm welcome address by the host school's principal, Arun Kumar Dasgupta.
