In a spectacular showcase of innovation, leadership, and creativity, Enactus, the student-run organization of St. Xavier's College (Autonomous) Kolkata recently hosted "Enthusia'23", a 10-day corporate simulation designed to introduce and engage first-year students in various aspects of entrepreneurship and business management.
Enthusia'23 was a remarkable journey that unfolded over a span of 10 days, offering an immersive experience into the world of business. Divided into four key events, each focused on essential areas of business and entrepreneurship, Enthusia left its mark as an unmissable event for the incoming batch of freshmen.
Adding to the grandeur of the event, Enactus SXC had the honor of hosting two esteemed speakers, Shivani Bagaria and Vidhi Agarwal, co-founders of Edumate. They shared their inspiring entrepreneurial journey, offering valuable insights and motivating the audience to pursue their own business aspirations.

The entrepreneurship and finance event was a brain-teasing challenge where participants were tasked with analyzing financial scenarios centring around underground high-risk illegal businesses, auctions and lobbying. It pushed their boundaries of financial acumen.
The Public Relations Human Resources and Crisis Management event centred around Moot courts, a Mind-boggling case study and provided valuable insights into the importance of effective communication and human resource management within organizations.
In the marketing event, participants engaged in a whirlwind of creativity, devising marketing strategies and campaigns. The event captured the essence of the world of football, debates and mock interviews. They discovered how to capture the market's attention and turn potential consumers into loyal customers.
