Delhi Public School Ruby Park hosted its 9th annual youth fest Chrysalis on the 14th & 15th of July 2023. The 2-day celebration, whose tagline is Rise from Within, was participated in by 17 premier schools of the city, including the host school. The Meet was declared open by the Joint Student Presidents Kaavya Mahajan and Swapnil Dey.

Chrysalis 2023 comprised 29 events ranging from Art and Culture to Intellectual events and Business events to Potpourri events. Luminaries of different fields adjudged the events. The Judges included well-respected names like-Srikanta Paul, Siddhartha Ghosh, Operation Head - Global Kitchens (Kolkata) Goutam Singh, Sougata Banerjee, Santanu Basu, Birdie Jordan, Dr. Sanjay Garg and Dr. Soma Sen.

About a thousand students showcased their innovative talent, argumentative flair, entrepreneurial skills, and sportsmanship all the while upholding their spirit of collaboration and camaraderie. While events like Pintura de la Cara (Face Painting) and Floral Fiesta saw an exuberant expression of aestheticism and art brut, Pitch Perfect (Product Pitching) and Cul de Sac (Crisis Management) took the art of sell to a whole new level. Argumentative Indians (debate) was as much a crowd puller as Rhythm Rebels (Fusion Dance), Swaragya (Eastern Band), and Allegro (Western Band). The hot humid weather did not deter the sports enthusiasts.

The host school, Delhi Public School Ruby Park lifted the championship trophy, while Modern High School for Girls was the first runner-up, followed by Birla High School as the second runner-up.
The championship trophy was passed over to Modern High School for Girls by Delhi Public School Ruby Park.
In their concluding speech, the Joint Presidents lauded the spirit of participation and the lasting memories the celebration would leave behind.
