The matchless dexterity with which the participants of YOGASANA put up different yogic postures literally mesmerised all.

The ancient Indian tradition of yoga as a medium to achieve self-realization and spiritual bliss was harnessed and demonstrated by each participant. Once again the veracity of the words, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self” was felt by all.

SHATRANJ was an unforgettable experience of testing the concentration level and problem solving skills of the players. As it is said, “Move in silence, only speak when it's time to say checkmate.”

The spirit of togetherness embodied this inter school competition and upheld the sportive mindset of the participants. This grand inter school competition provided the students with the golden opportunity to showcase their skills in yoga and chess.
