The Association of Professional Academic Institutions, West Bengal (APAI) will host a three-day pre-counselling fair and Seminar at the Netaji Indoor Stadium, starting Saturday, July 6.
The event will be highlighting the steps taken by APAI to bridge the gap between the academia and the industry and will motivate and guide the students to stay back in West Bengal and pursue their higher education from the state.
This grand confluence of academia and industry will focus on the scope of engineering and technical education in the state through workshops, panel discussions and interactive sessions with top colleges and universities and is being supported by the Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal and West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB).
The seminars and panel discussions held over the three days will be providing students who had appeared in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations with proper guidance in their process of admission to undergraduate courses in Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture.
The event will witness the participation of all the self-financing engineering and technology colleges who are the members of APAI. This year, the APAI will also felicitate the top 10 rank holders in the WBJEEB exam 2024 along with 20 toppers from the state across all boards.
Students willing to participate at the event must register themselves online and toppers from the state will have to contact APAI at apaiwb2002@gmail.com.
