To encourage cultural activities and different skills among students St. Montfort’s Senior Secondary School, Kolkata will organize an inter-school literary & cultural competition Advaya’ 23 on 6th October. Schools from West Bengal, Bihar, and Jharkhand are participating in this event.
Song, dance, recitation, storytelling, drawing, poster making, and creative writing are some of the categories of this event. Almost 200 contestants from different states are participating in this cultural meet.
Schools affiliated with CBSE, ICSE & West Bengal boards are participating in this cultural meet namely Loyola High School, Birsa Munda High School, Jyotirmoy Public School, Rhode Island Public School, St. Mary’s School, Swarnim International School, K.E. Carmel, Sarisa, Holy Cross School, Baruipur Boys High School, St. Montfort’s Senior Secondary School.
There are eminent artists on the judges' panel. The main events will be followed by an inauguration ceremony. Zee Bangla Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’s one of the top-listed contestants, Sayan Bargi will be the Chief Guest. Prizes will be distributed in a prize distribution ceremony on the same day after the competition.
