9th Global Leadership Research Conference to be held at Amity Business School; Read Full Details Here

Amity Business School, Amity University Noida, will be organising the 9th Global Leadership Research Conference (GLRC-2024), on the theme, “New Paradigms of Business Management in the Era of Analytics, Sustainability and Innovation”, from 7th-9th February 2024. The Conference will be organised with an aim to encourage and enhance research on Innovations in Business Management that ensure sustainability facilitated through the power of Analytics and to deliberate on various sustainable business strategies, and innovative models for a new era of professionalism. The Conference will include five parallel tracks namely, Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and General Management and five different Forums including Sustainability Forum, Operations & Quality Forum, Marketing Forum, Leadership Forum and Human Resource Forum. GLRC-2024 will be attended by Distinguished Speakers and Delegates from Industry, Academia, Government, and Research Organisations.

The Conference will be inaugurated on 7th February 2024, by the Chief Guest, Shri Arif Mohammad Khan, Hon’ble Governor of Kerala and the Guest of Honor, Mr. Christopher Greenwood, CEO - Success Mpowered. The “Way Ahead and Road Map for the Future” will be shared by Dr Ashok K. Chauhan, Founder President, Amity Education Group and Dr. Atul Chauhan, Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh will share his words of wisdom. In addition, Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Vice Chancellor Amity University Uttar Pradesh will also address the gathering during the Inaugural Session.

Highlighting the significance of the Conference, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjeev Bansal, Dean FMS & Director Amity Business School, said, “Each success story is an outcome of constant adaptation and change. On Day-1 of the Conference, a Pre-Conference Workshop and Panel Discussion on the topic, “Towards a Sustainable Future”, will be held, as part of the Sustainability Forum, wherein experts such as Mr. Avinash Pandey, CEO- ABP Network, President- News Broadcasters & Digital Association and President, International Advertising Association (India Chapter), Mr. Ivan Coste-Manière, Founder and Scientific Director, Skema Business School, Lille, France, Dr. Renu Agarwal, Chief Medical Superintendent, Gautam Budh Nagar, Dr. Geeta Malhotra, Country Director, READ INDIA, Dr. Sanjiv K Singh, Medical Superintendent, Amrita School of Medicine and Mr. Ravish Mehra, Chairman, GEM Green Interior Rating, will share their views. In addition, Amity Excellence Awards will be presented to Mr. Rahul Shanker, CEO, Modicare Ltd. and Mr. Biswapriya Bhattacharjee, Executive Director, KANTAR.

On the second day of the Conference, three Forums- Operations & Quality Forum, Marketing Forum and Leadership Forum, will be held for the management students, and on the third day, Finance Forum and Human Resource Forum, will be organised along with Paper Presentation Tracks and Technical Sessions on “General Management Paradigm”, “Entrepreneurship Paradigm”, “Marketing Management Paradigm”, “Human Resource Paradigm” and Finance Paradigm, on both days.

During the Valedictory Session, scheduled to be held on 9th February 2024, Chief Guest, Shri Anand Kumar, Founder -SUPER 30, will address the gathering and the Guest of Honour, will be Dr. Rajeev Lala, Director Commodity Insights Division, S&P Global. A Special issue of Conference papers and insights will also be released by Ms. Aparajita Singh, Associate Editor, Springer Nature, India. Amity Business School Alumni, Mr. Anjan Chakraborty, PwC Partner-Management Consulting will also address the management students.
