VITEEE Result 2024 Out Now! Check Download Guide and Counselling Details Here

The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has published the much-awaited results for the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2024, today, May 3. Candidates who had appeared for the examination can now check their results through the official website - viteee.vit.ac.in or vit.ac.in. 

VITEEE 2024 was conducted between April 19 and April 30, 2024, in computer-based test (CBT) mode for two hours and thirty minutes. This exam is a crucial institute-level selection procedure for aspiring students who want to pursue a B.Tech degree across the various campuses of VIT (Vellore, Chennai, AP, Bhopal) for the academic year 2024-2025.

VITEEE 2024 Scorecard - Easy Steps for Downloading

• Visit the official website at viteee.vit.ac.in or vit.ac.in. 
• Click on the result link displayed on the homepage.
• Enter the login credentials (application number and password).
• Proceed to click on ‘Submit’ > view the scorecard.
• Download and take a printout of it for future reference.

Shortlisted candidates are called in for an online counselling session after which they are assigned a campus and a course depending on the course and campus preferences they indicated during counselling. Allotment will be based on the rank obtained, preference given, and availability during online counselling.

Counselling Criteria 

• Rank (up to one lakh) - Candidates in this rank category are eligible for counselling at all four campuses - VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT AP, and VIT Bhopal.
• Rank (above one lakh) - Candidates in this rank category are eligible for counselling at only two campuses - VIT AP, and VIT Bhopal.

It must be noted that all the VIT campuses follow a centralised counselling procedure which is held in five phases. As for the beginning of the counselling, the specific date is yet to be announced by the official website.
