The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the UPSC Admit Card 2024 for the Civil Services Preliminary Examination. Candidates can now download their hall tickets from the UPSC’s official website at upsc.gov.in. Additionally, the admit card is accessible via upsconline.nic.in.

Steps to Download UPSC Admit Card 2024

1. Visit the official website at upsc.gov.in.
2. Click on the UPSC Admit Card 2024 link available on the home page.
3. Enter your login details and click on submit.
4. Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
5. Check the admit card for accuracy and download the page.
6. Keep a hard copy of the admit card for future reference.

The Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2024, is scheduled to take place on June 16, 2024, across various examination centres nationwide. Candidates should be aware that there will be a penalty for incorrect answers in the objective type question papers. The Preliminary Examination will comprise two papers of objective type multiple choice questions, totaling a maximum of 400 marks, covering subjects listed in sub-section (A) of Section II.

The UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024 aims to fill 1056 vacancies in various central government services and departments, including prestigious roles in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and the Indian Foreign Service (IFS). Among these, 40 vacancies are reserved for candidates in the Persons with Benchmark Disability category.
