The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to conduct the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) June 2024 exam starting tomorrow, August 21, 2024. The exam will run until September 4 across various shifts and subjects.
Candidates scheduled for exams on August 21, 22, and 23 can now download their admit cards from the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Admit cards for subsequent dates will be issued soon.
Notably, the UGC NET exam scheduled for August 26 has been postponed due to Krishna Janmashtami. It will now take place on August 27. The exam will cover 83 subjects, conducted in two shifts: the first shift from 9AM to noon, and the second from 3PM to 6PM.
How to Download UGC NET 2024 Admit Card
Candidates must mandatorily carry a printed copy of the admit card to the examination centre. No entry will be permitted without it.
Reporting Time
Candidates need to report at the exam centre two hours before the exam to allow enough time for frisking and registration. The registration desk will close 30 minutes prior to the examination.
