Odisha OPSC PGT Exam 2024 Schedule Out - Key Dates and Exam Details

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has officially announced the schedule for the much-awaited Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) Group-B recruitment examination. Candidates who have successfully registered for the recruitment can now gear up for the written exam.

OPSC PGT Exam 2024 Schedule

The OPSC PGT exam is scheduled to be held on September 15, September 29, and October 6, 2024. The exam will be conducted in three shifts daily:

• Morning Session - 9 AM to 11 AM
• Afternoon Session - noon to 2 PM
• Evening Session - 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM

Candidates with disabilities (PwD) will be given an additional 20 minutes per hour for each session.

Exam Centres

The OPSC PGT exam will be conducted across five zones in Odisha:

• Balasore
• Berhampur
• Bhubaneswar
• Cuttack
• Sambalpur

Candidates will be allotted exam centers based on their preferences and availability.

1. Visit the official OPSC website at opsc.gov.in.
2. Look for the notification regarding the PGT exam schedule.
3. Click on the notification and download the PDF.

The OPSC PGT recruitment drive aims to fill 1375 vacancies for various subjects. The selection process involves a written examination followed by an interview. The written exam will assess candidates' knowledge in their respective subjects, general awareness, and teaching aptitude.
