The much-awaited registration for UGC-NET December 2024 has officially begun, as announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Interested candidates can start submitting their applications through the official website (ugcnet.nta.ac.in). Along with the official examination notification, NTA has also uploaded the information bulletin for the November session that contains all important information including exam structure, eligibility, reservation, and more.
This examination determines eligibility for Indian nationals aspiring for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor roles, as well as for the Assistant Professor position alone. It is a critical gateway for academic opportunities in Indian universities and colleges.
Important Dates
The exam will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) format and cover 85 subjects. Further details regarding the announcement of exam centers and admit card downloads will be provided on the official NTA website later.
