NEET UG Toppers List 2024: Number of AIR 1 Rankers Reduced to 61 After Reexam!

As per the NEET UG 2024 toppers list announced on June 4, 67 candidates had achieved the All India Rank (AIR) 1. However, the NEET UG 2024 reexam results declared on June 30 reveal that none of the 813 candidates who appeared for the re-exam achieved a perfect score of 720/720. This has led to a decrease in the number of perfect scorers from 67 to 61. According to a media report, five out of the six candidates who originally scored 720/720 maintained scores above 680 in the retest.

How to Download NEET UG Re Exam Results 2024

1. Visit the official website exams.nta.ac.in/NEET
2. Click on the link for the revised score card.
3. The candidate must enter one’s application number, date of birth, email, mobile number, and security pin, and click on the ‘submit’ button.
4. Verify all the details very carefully.
5. Download and save a printed copy of the scorecard for future reference.

NEET is held annually for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes. This year’s exam has faced allegations of paper leaks and other irregularities.
